Bren Dishes on What President Obama Ate in Havana, Cuba & Spring Food Trends on CBS “Great Day Washington”

Bren was invited on CBS Washington “Great Day Washington” to chat about and show what president Obama (POTUS) ate during his historic visit to Havana, Cuba. We know he loved ropa vieja, or pulled flank steak and fried plantain! Also, Bren cooks up a cauliflower and couscous salad while discussing spring food trends.
