Today Show “Tamron’s Tuesday Trend”: Homemade Bread & Pasta

Bren was invited back on the Today Show to help Tamron Hall with her carb addiction! For her Tuesday trend segment, Tamron called on Bren to help her learn how to make bread and pasta at home, from scratch. She was inspired by the talented Lady Gaga. We’re glad Bren was able to get Tamron started at home. Also, check out Tamron’s elaborate pantry!

The fragrant brown butter mushroom and sage ravioli recipe is yours to fall in love with. Stay tuned for the olive, rosemary, and cranberry bread recipe.

Enjoy!

  3. Hello Bren.

My name is Odalys.. I was born in Havana, on August 1965.
My parents arrived to Miami on a plane, on March 1968, and then two weeks later moved to Southern California. Every time my mom and me buy baked goods at the Cuban bakeries around here, my mom says, “These bakers here, dont bake as delicious as the baker`s in Havana`s,, La Gran Via!”
I did not know that there was a bakery called La Gran Via, in the U.S. I accidently found your post when I googled capucinos. If this bakery is the same family owned bakery as the one in Havana, well I would love to go, since I feel a strong connection. My mom would eat there every time she had a craving while she was pregnant of my siblings and me. So, that being said, I have eaten La Gran Via baked goods, before I was born. In addition mom says that every time there was a special occassion that required cakes, and or pastries, that is were her family shopped.
Thank you for reading my post to you..
Next time you visit, the bakery, please tell the owner/s my story.
I am pleased to know that people like cuban food and baked goodies.
