A Fluffy Breakfast With Cup of Joe to Make Your Heart Throb

Last week I raved about the amazing and super healthy steel cut Irish oats. In that post I made it a point to suggest how important a healthy breakfast is crucial to a vibrant life.

I deviated from the road of perfectly nutritious options in light of the biglover’s day coming Monday. Valentine’s Day will be replete with tokens of love and appreciation; no shortage of chocolate as well. What better way to start off your day than with a delicious breakfast that will set the mood for what’s to come?

Since I have no intention of bearing any kind of line or hourly reservation at a local restaurant, I’m relishing in thoughts of the perfect breakfast I can enjoy in my fuzzy socks. Of all the comfort foods that keep me ultra satisfied there’s little like the good ol’ American staple-the pancake! If you hit the Internet in search of a good pancake recipe, you’ll be inundatedwith claims of “this or that one being the absolute best”. I say the best is the recipe that keeps your palate tickled all the way to end or better yet; begging for more (because who’s really counting calories, carbs and such on Valentine’s Day?)
