A scheduled media dinner on a lazy and almost rainy evening last week, forced me to turn in my hole-y pants and oversized college sweatshirt into a semi-conversative get up.
The most exciting part was picking the shoes to wear! That made me find my happy place. But the hair. Hmm. I didn’t know what to do with it, so a no-fuss bun was the fastest thing I could think of. Wasn’t crazy about the turn out since it gave the outfit an unintentional grungy old-world glam look, but I looked at my feet and all was right!
Dinner was fabulous which I’ll talk about here later this week.
And coming back home to my rainy night attire was even better.
Cuz yeah, the sky opened up and it rained all night.
BR top and tweet blazer// French Connection cord skirt// Juicy Couture chain bag// DKNY tights// L.A.M.B “Justice” pumps// Vintage Sarah Coventry double-link gold chain and vintage choker// Vernier watch// Jade ring from Loehmann’s// Liz Palacios earrings.
Eat well, love unapologetically, pray with true intention, and take care of yourself.
