House of Bren: Bren Teaches Pressure Cooking a lo Cubano on PIX11 NY

Bren was invited to teach New York’s PIX11 Morning News anchors, Suki and Scott, all about pressure cookers, both stovetop and electric, during a fun live segment in NY. From her new cookbook, “Modern Pressure Cooking,” Bren made Cuban-style meat loaf and showcased a menu of Cuban comfort cuisine: vibrant yellow vegetable rice, black beans, spiced and candied papaya. Scott helped Bren hook up the meatloaf while Suki laughed her way into knowing she needed a pressure cooker in her life!

Bren later joined the hilarious duo for a lively Facebook Live segment where she got to dive more into the science of pressure cooking and talk to viewers about its benefit. Watch!
