MEAL PLAN MENUS by Bren Herrera for DMV-Area

Weekly Meal Plans 
My meal plans are designed to help you eat a variety of foods and dishes throughout the week without sacrificing taste, while also keeping your dietary needs in mind.  Each dish is thoughtfully created, easy to enjoy (reheat or store) and are always healthy and wholesome, using the freshest of ingredients to achieve maximum nutritional needs.
How it Works
You will enjoy 3 of each of the following items for a total of 5 different dishes and a total of 15 meals. Each is ideal for lunch or dinner so as to give you the option to mix and match! Customized meal plans are available for an additional charge. Please email me (B@BrenHerrera {dot} com) for more information, details and pricing.
I can accommodate the following diets: Vegan, plant-based, vegetarian, weight-loss, paleo, flexitarian, pescatarian, gluten-free or even conventional.
TACOS 
 
Carnitas or Chicken (3 each) 
 
Jicama, cheese, thinly sliced radish, cilantro, salsa, lime. Corn or flour tortilla.
Options: crema (free), guac, pico de gallo (+$1)
 
OR
Vegetarian (3 each)
 
Roasted sweet potato, Brussels shavings, pickled onions, cheese, cilantro, lime. Corn or flour tortilla.
Options: crema (free), guac, pico de gallo (+$1)
SPRING ENGLSH PEA SOUP with toasted pumpkin seeds and onion confit or
MORROCAN LENTIL SOUP

Red Lentil Soup

ROASTED VEGGIES + GRAINS
Squash, asparagus, carrots, corn, eggplant, mushrooms onions, served with cauliflower mash and pomegranate-infused toasted quinoa.
 
PAN SEARED HERBED CHICKEN 
 
Served with seasoned brown rice and chili oil/garlicky pan roasted veggies: asparagus, mushrooms, onions, and garlic. 
 
FROM THE FOLLOWING PICK, ONE: 
ASIAN STYLE SESAME MEATBALLS 
Served with rice or pasta and gingery stir fry vegetable medley; 
 
Or 
 
SIZZLING FLANK STEAK (+$3/ea)
Served with fondant potatoes, charred brocollini and bordelaise sauce;
 
Or
SHRIMP EN FRICASE (+$3/ea)
Served with Jasmine rice and side of fresh avocado and sautéed vegetables.
This menu is $400 (not including groceries).

*Condiments, sides, etc. will be provided, accordingly. Each meal comes with heating or warming instructions. In some cases, you get to cook the meal yourself! That will be specified in advance.
*Orders must be placed 4 days before your desired delivery date.
* 2 weeks minimum required.
* Meals are all fresh-to-order can can be delivered 2 times weekly to ensure maximum freshness (a 3rd delivery for an additional cost).
* Acceptable form of payment include Venmo & CashApp and must be paid at the time of your order.
