Muscles Targeted: Hamstrings, Quads, Glutes, Abdominals

Movements:

  • Pop Squats – 25 Reps
  • Side Squats – 25 Reps
  • Front Lunges – 25 Reps per leg
  • Finisher: Jump Squats – 25 Reps
