Tina Turner Sings Sarvesham and Offers Peace

Tina Turner just got our attention all over again! The dancing rockstar with the thick legs is offering us peace in harmony. The icon has taken to lending her voice for our collective peace and calmness and we’re here for it! Though I’m personally not into meditative chanting, I have recently gotten into the practice of sitting still at random moments of the day and especially at night, right before I go to sleep. I’ve found it to be incredibly helpful. With all of life’s stressors causing unrest and anxiety, it’s a good idea to allow the mind (and heart) to rest and recenter.

In addition to whatever you do now, try incorporating Tina’s version of Sarvesham, a Sanskrit mantra sung for calmness, harmony, and peace. Watch the video and enjoy the children’s choir backing her up, which just adds to the peaceful imagery we could use.

Om Om Om
Sarvesham Svastir Bhavatu
Sarvesham Shantir Bhavatu
Sarvesham Poornam Bhavatu
Sarvesham Mangalam Bhavatu
Om, Shanti, Shanti, Shanti

May auspiciousness be unto all;
May peace be unto all;
May fullness be unto all;
May prosperity be unto all.

Eat well, love unapologetically, pray with true intention, and take care of yourself.

  1. Right now it looks like Drupal is the best blogging platform available right now. (from what I’ve read) Is that what you’re using on your blog?

  2. Thanks a lot for providing individuals with an exceptionally remarkable opportunity to read from here. It is often very kind plus full of a lot of fun for me personally and my office fellow workers to visit your blog at least 3 times every week to read the fresh issues you will have. And indeed, I am actually impressed with the impressive techniques served by you. Some 2 points on this page are unequivocally the most impressive we have ever had.

  3. Have you ever thought about creating an e-book or guest authoring on other websites? I have a blog centered on the same ideas you discuss and would love to have you share some stories/information. I know my subscribers would appreciate your work. If you are even remotely interested, feel free to send me an e-mail.

  4. It’s really a great and helpful piece of info. I am glad that you shared this useful info with us. Please keep us informed like this. Thanks for sharing.

  5. Hello there, I found your web site via Google while searching for a related topic, your web site came up, it looks great. I have bookmarked it in my google bookmarks.

  6. The core of your writing whilst appearing reasonable originally, did not really settle well with me personally after some time. Somewhere throughout the paragraphs you were able to make me a believer but only for a while. I still have a problem with your jumps in assumptions and one would do nicely to fill in those breaks. In the event that you can accomplish that, I would certainly be impressed.

  7. And yet, every day, thousands of comments are written that do not bother to acknowledge the post’s author in any way, shape, or form.
    Do they think robots wrote the post instead of a human being? Do they believe greetings are an outdated ritual from a bygone era? Or are they simply too lazy to scroll back to the top to find the author’s name?

  8. magnificent submit, very informative. I wonder why the opposite specialists of this sector do not realize this. You must continue your writing. I’m confident, you have a great readers’ base already!
